Executive Suites
This is an ideal opportunity to profit from exceptionally high yields by investing in a unique, massively under-supplied housing market for workers on the world’s largest oil reserve. The Executive Suites’ range of comfortable one-bed apartments is excellently positioned to harness huge local demand to the investor’s advantage.
The lands have been inhabited for millennia by various groups of aboriginal peoples, and many areas are still occupied by mainly aboriginal peoples. Some of the eastern coasts were settled and explored by Vikings. Beginning in the late 15th century, British and French expeditions explored and later settled the Atlantic coast.
Economy
Canada is one of the world's wealthiest nations with a high per-capita income, a member of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Group of Eight (G8). Canada is a mixed market, ranking lower than the U.S. but higher than most western European nations on the Heritage Foundation's index of economic freedom. Since the early 1990's, the Canadian economy has been growing rapidly with low unemployment and large government surpluses on the federal level.
